Energy theft is also illegal.

If you are offered top-ups at a discounted price by a third party, please take care. These offers may be fraudulent. 

Top-ups purchased through unofficial or unauthorised sellers may not be valid, and you may still be responsible for paying the full amount owed to Budget Energy. We may pursue legal action where we believe fraudulent activity has occurred.

To protect yourself, only purchase top-ups through our approved and official channels.
