There are many reasons why your bill might be different than expected. The below questions and answers may help.
If meter readings are estimated, they'll be clearly marked with (e). This means estimated; this will be noted on your bill. If your previous bills have been estimated, an actual meter read will provide you with an accurate bill.

Your consumption can increase for lots of reasons, for example fitting new appliances, using heaters, tumble dryers or appliances with a heating element may increase your overall consumption.
Check your charges. We will always inform you 21 days in advance of any price change. Have any additional charges been added to your account?
